Full League Backup

Exports the commissioner-managed S.L.L. database, including league history, office records and Channel production data. Owner codes and credential hashes are deliberately excluded.

Treat this file as private league data. Full destructive restore is intentionally not exposed in V10.64 DEMO; export protection comes first.
